Sales Manager – (Pomona, CA)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on expanding the company’s customer base and increasing revenue.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and growth, encouraging team members to actively pursue new customers and markets.
  • Build relationships with key clients and industry partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the fastener or industrial supply industry.
  • Experience developing new customers and growing a client base in a competitive market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies in a B2B or wholesale environment.
  • Proficient in ERP software, data analysis, and sales forecasting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of fasteners and industrial products is highly desirable.

Account Executive – (Pomona, CA)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively develop new customers through outreach, networking, and strategic account planning.
  • Manage existing client accounts, handling inquiries, orders, and service requests with a focus on growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention strategies and seek upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and identify growth potential within accounts.
  • Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, preferably in fasteners, hardware, or wholesale industries.
  • Strong understanding of industrial fasteners and their applications is a plus.
  • Ability to build lasting customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
